Sep 20 2013 Thursday Rome
Private transfer from the airport to the hotel. Meet private driver at 7:10 am. Spend four nights at the 5*Grand Hotel De le Minerva in a double superior room with daily breakfast included.
Sep 21 2013 Friday Rome
Private transfer from the hotel to the Vatican Museum. Meet a private guide in front of the Vatican Museum for a three hour tour. Entrance fee for the Vatican Museum included. After private Vatican tour concludes there will be free time for lunch. Your tour will continue with Baroque Rome with your private guide and driver for 3 hours. Baroque Rome tour with ice cream or sicilian cannoli tasting during the tour included.
Sep 22 2013 Saturday Rome
At 9,30 am meet our chef in front of the Teatro Argentina for the sharing of pizza and making of pasta. You will first visit the market then proceed with the pizza and pasta making followed by lunch. After lunch we will meet our guide and driver for a three hour Ancient Rome tour. The remainder of the afternoon will be at your leisure.

Sep 24 2013 Monday Rome-Florence
Train 1st class to Florence . There will be a private transfer from the train station to the hotel. Plaza Lucchesi hotel 4* in a double superior room with arno view with daily breakfast included for 6 nights.
Sep 25 2013 Tuesday Florence
Full day Pisa/ Lucca/ Il Poggio with a private driver. There will be a private guide in Lucca. There will be a wine tasting with local specialties in Fattoria il Poggio included. We will then meet our private guide in Lucca for a two and half hour tour
Sep 26 2013 Wednesday Florence
Cooking class in Chianti with lunch included. Meet our private driver at the lobby of the hotel and proceed to the market with chef to purchase ingredients. Once shopping has been completed we will start cooking class and have lunch.
Post lunch we will depart for Florence.
Upon arrival in Florence there will be a three hour walking classic tour of Florence with a private guide. Entrance fee for Academy Gallery included.

Sep 29 2013 Saturday Florence
Full day Siena, San Gimignano and Chianti wine tasting for 9 hours with a private driver. Private guide in Siena for 2 hours and entrance fee for Siena Cathedral. Wine tasting on the way to Florence included. Arrival in San Gimignano at 11:30 and free time on your own until 1:30 pm. We will then meet our guide in Siena at 2:30 pm for a two hour tour. After the tour has concluded we will proceed to Chianti for a wine and food tasting. We will arrive back to the hotel at approximately 7:30 pm.
Sep 30 2013 Sunday Florence- Bologna
Train to Bologna – 1st class at 8:25 am. Arrival in Bologna at 9:02 am.
9:10 am – 12:10 pm + lunch Learn the techniques to prepare hand made pasta and make “Sfoglia” thin puff pastry as provided by the certified classic recipes of the traditional “Cucina Bolognese”:
- tortelloni with ricotta e spinaci
- Ragù alla Bolognese (Bolognese meat sauce)
- filing for tortelloni
- zucchini flowers
after the lesson – appetizers – lunch or dinner with the pasta that you have prepared + traditional dishes of Bologna and selected typical wines.

Oct 01 2013 Monday Bologna
Tour the Maserati factory for the morning. Once the tour has completed the driver will take us to a farmhouse in Modena for a balsamic tasting. You will then have the driver at your disposal for the rest of the day.

Train to Venice- 1st class at 10:05 am. At 11:30 am Private transfer from train station to hotel by boat. Four nights Venice Hotel Splendid 4* in a double superior room with daily breakfast included. Meet out private guide at the lobby of the hotel at for a Walking tour of Venice for 2 hours including Doge Palace and St. Mark’s Basilica.
